Please read carefully all information about Selling Conditions below before you purchase.

Art. 1 – Introduction

1.1 "Website" is the www.shicon.com website devoted to sale merchandising of Shicon S.r.l. (following, "Shicon").

1.2. "Client" it is the subject (physical or juridical person) who purchases on the Website.

1.3. "Consumer" is the Client physical person who purchases goods and items as a non professional or business operator.

1.4. "Order" is the application form to purchase goods and items on sale compiled by the Client through the Website.

1.5. "Products" are goods and items on sale into the Website.

1.6. "Personalized Products" are goods and items produced on special customer request.

1.7. "Price" is the total cost for purchasing goods and items on sale into the Website, shipping, handling and V.A.T. included

1.8. "Contract" is a general long-distance agreement that has for object to sale products through the www.shicon.com Website, according to all selling conditions described.

1.9. “Parties” are “Shicon S.r.l. with offices in Roncade – TV – ITALY via Sile 41, VAT number 04288050265 and the Client.

Art. 2 – Products sold on the Website

2.1 When the Client orders products from shicon.com or when accepts products delivery described in invoice, the Client arranges to be bound and to accept the presents selling conditions. It means that any Contract will be subject to the general terms and conditions accepted at the moment of Order and so in using the service the Client has to completely accept the new conditions.

2.2. The Contract between Shicon and the Client is closed when:
- the Client compiled the order form (Order) through the Website
- Shicon send him an email of Order confirmation to the email address the Client left in the form.

2.3. Selling Personalized Products through the Website is not possible at the moment. If You have any request or need information about this please contact order@shicon.com

2.4. Shicon has the rights to modify this selling conditions and so products and price in every moment and without notice. In using the service the Client has to completely accept the new conditions. Anyway once the Contract is closed Shicon cannot change prize and products of the Order/Contract anymore.

Art. 3 – Shipping and Delivery

3.1. We only send tracking packs.

3.2. We deliver in 3-8 business days to Italy, 5-10 business days to Europe CEE, 7-14 business days to Europe not CEE, 15-30 business days to the rest of the world from the closed Contract date.. Nevertheless there are sporadic delays which we cannot control because they depend from third parties. These terms are not to be considered essential but they are only for indication.

Art. 4 – Client’s liability

4.1. Registration is required in order to make an order. The Client has to provide accurate, current and complete information in order to close the Contract. Registration is for free.

4.2. The Client has to pay the Price in advance and has to preserve copy of the Order confirmation sent by Shicon to the email address the Client left in the Order form.

Art. 5 – Price and payments

5.1. The Client can pay in Euro (€) or Pounds (£). The price is V.A.T. included.

5.2. Total Price include shipping cost. International orders may have additional fees applied to them by the receiving country's (your country's) customs agency. Unfortunately, Shicon has nothing to do with these fees and is not able to estimate fees or determine whether or not there will be any. These potential additional fees will be paid by you and will be under your responsibility.

5.3. The Client has to pay the Price in advance by Credit Card or PayPal.

Art. 6 - Force Majeure

6.1. Parties will not be liable for late arising from circumstances out of their reasonable control. Party who is late for act of God will have the right to a postponement of terms, necessary to fulfil its obligations.

Art. 7 - Copyright & Trademark

7.1. All Right Reserved and no portion of the website may be copied, reproduce, transmitted, derived or otherwise used for any purpose without the prior written permission of Shicon.

7.2 All the materials contained in the website is protected by copyright.

Art. 8 – Return Policy

8.1. In the long-distance agreement the Customer has the right to change his mind and ask for return products policy getting his money back.

8.2 The withdrawal right is a right granted by Italian laws given to physical persons who act for reasons extraneous than the professional activity possibly done. So, this clause cannot be applied to retailers and companies.

8.3 To cancel or change an order, you must first check the status of your order to see if this is possible. To check the status of your order, please log into MyProfile on Shicon.com. If it is marked as “paid”, and it is between the times of 8am-6pm CET Monday - Friday, you will be able to cancel or change your order by emailing to order@shicon.com. In the email please include your order number found on your confirmation email received when the order was placed. If your order is labeled “processing”, you will not be able to make changes to your order. Please note that once an order begins shipping, you can no longer make any changes and we cannot stop the shipment of your order.

8.4. However if you are not satisfied with your order within 10 days from the date of delivery, simply send an email to return@shicon.com and request a return authorization number. In the email you must include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed.

8.5. All returned products must be sent to Shicon within 10 days from the date of delivery and they must be unworn and unwashed. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the Client unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of Shicon.

8.6. After you received a return authorization number send the products to: Shicon c/o Personal Time, via Industrie 41, 30024 Musile di Piave (VE) Italy. We will reimburse you during 30 days after we received the products.

8.7. If the return is due to a mistake on our part (ie. we shipped you the wrong shirt or the shirt has a defect), we will reimburse you also for all shipping costs, it means that the return cost cannot be more expensive than how much you paid for shipping in your original order (see shipping info link). If you are returning a shirt because you are not happy with it or want to exchange it for a different shirt, then you are responsible for the shipping costs.

Art. 9 - Privacy

9.1. All informations that the Client provide in order to close the Contract are treated in compliance with the Italian Decree. n. 196/2003 regarding “Protection of personal data”. The titular of the treatment is Shicon S.r.l. however the Client grant to Shicon the rights to share personal informations for the execution of the Contract.

Art. 10 - Communications

10.1. All communications among Shicon and the Client must be made in writing and send to the email addresses in the Closed Contract or in the Website Order details.

Art. 11 - Languages

The Contract can be closed in English or Italian language. In case of differences the Italian text will prevail.

Art. 12 – Applicable law and competent Court

12.1 These conditions will be subject to Italian laws.

12.2 The Courts of law at Treviso shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these terms.

According to article 1341 of the Italian Codice Civile (Civil Code) the User has read and accepts the terms contained in: 1 (Introduction); 2 (Products to sell into the Website); 3 (Shipping and Delivery); 4 (Client’s liability); 5 (Price and payments); 6 (Force Majeure); 7 (copyright and trademark); 8 (Return Policy); 9 (Privacy); 10 (communication); 11 (Languages); 12 (Applicable law and competent Court).
