How can I express my talent within Shicon?

Just click on BCreative to learn how to join in the fun, win money and purchase our limited edition items. Shicon highly value unique designs on unique people.

Can I change the information on my Shicon account?

Yes you can. To make any changes just login to your Shicon account and then go to ”MyProfile” where you can modify everything except from your username and the join date.

How can I check my earnings?

Just login to Shicon and go to “MyProfile” at anytime to view your earnings.

What about my credits?

You can login to Shicon and go to “MyProfile” at anytime to view your earnings. To find out everything about how to accumulate and spend credits click on All about credits.

About Products.

What products do you sell?

We have decided to start with t-shirts and bags, but additional fashion, design and homeware goods will come from time to time. All products are made with high quality materials in limited editions, it means that lots of no more than 50 items for any ArtDesign will be manufactured in a selected colour and/or shape. Since Shicon products are made in small quantities and printed using for example special organic and eco friendly products, they might look a little bit different between them, but that’s exactly what we’re looking for: unique designs on unique people. That’s the reason why in Shicon you can find organic and fair trade items too, it’s like an online resource of high-quality, environmentally and socially conscious products. We always use the best technology available to print every design. These are all the reasons why we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase.

Where do you print the winning ArtDesigns on?

We have decided to start with t-shirts and bags, but additional fashion, design and homeware goods will come from time to time. What do you mean as Limited Editions?

All the weekly and monthly winning ArtDesigns will be produced in limited editions, it means that lots of no more than 50 items for any ArtDesign will be manufactured in a selected colour and/or shape. Since Shicon products are made in small quantities and printed using for example special organic and eco friendly products, they might look a little bit different between them, but that’s exactly what we’re looking for: unique designs on unique people. That’s the reason why in Shicon you can find organic and fair trade items too, it’s like an online resource of high-quality, environmentally and socially conscious products.

How are your shirts printed?

Our shirts are printed with water based inks, digital or silk-screen printing. We always use the best technology available to print every design.

How would your t-shirts and clothes fit me?

It depends from the item you like to purchase. You can find out everything by clicking on the size chart. Please note that the measurements we give in our size charts could have a variance of +/- 1 cm.

Can I buy anything about an ArtDesign which didn’t win any contest?

No, sorry! If you deeply like an ArtDesign call your friends, parents, neighbours, advertise it everywhere and make people vote for it! In fact winning ArtDesigns are determined by a combination of voting results and where they are coming from, participant comments and where they are coming from, Shicon staff and possibly guest judges. Final judgment is about original and innovative icon designs.

Can I ask for sold out products?

All the weekly and monthly winning ArtDesigns will be produced in limited editions. It means that lots of no more than 50 items will be manufactured with the same colour and/or shape. That’s because Shicon highly value unique designs on unique people. If you like a winning ArtDesign which has been sold out you can ask us to print that design on a different item, shape or colour and we will let you know.

About Purchase.

Can I cancel or change an order?

To cancel or change an order, you must first check out the status of your order to see if this is possible. To check the status of your order, please login to MyProfile .
- If it is marked as “paid”, and your enquiry is taking place between 8am-6pm CET from Monday to Friday, you will be able to cancel or change your order by emailing us at order@shicon.com. Please include your order reference number, which can be found in the confirmation email you received when the order was placed.
- If your order is labelled as “processing”, you will not be able to make any changes to your order.

Please note that once order shipping is initiated, you can no longer make any changes and we cannot stop the shipment of your order. However if for any reasons you are not satisfied with your order within 10 days from the date of delivery, simply send an email to return@shicon.com and request a return authorization number. Please include your order reference number, which can be found on your packing slip or in the confirmation email you received when the order was placed.

Can I reserve any item using my shopping bag?

Unfortunately you can't. Placing an item in your bag does not mean that you will be able to buy it at a later date. If you have an item in your shopping bag and it sells out before you finish checking out, you will be notified in the checkout process and the shirt will be removed from your cart.

Is the price VAT inclusive?

Yes the price is VAT inclusive. International orders may incur in additional fees or duties applied to them by the receiving country's (your country's) customs agency. Unfortunately Shicon has nothing to do with those fees and is not able to estimate fees or determine whether or not there will be any. These potential additional fees will be paid by you and will be under your full responsibility.

Will any customs/duty fees be applied to my international order?

International orders may incur in additional fees or duties applied to them by the receiving country's (your country's) customs agency. Unfortunately Shicon has nothing to do with those fees and is not able to estimate fees or determine whether or not there will be any. These potential additional fees will be paid by you and will be under your full responsibility.

Is there a Shicon return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order within 10 days from the date of delivery, simply send an email to return@shicon.com and request a return authorization number. In the email please include your order reference number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email you received when the order was placed, together with a detailed explanation of the problem.

All returned products must be unworn and unwashed. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client (you) unless the return is due to our mistake - e.g. we shipped you the wrong shirt or the shirt has an objective defect. In this case we will reimburse you also for the shipping costs to send the item back to us, as far as that return cost is not more expensive than what you paid for shipping in your original order (see our shipping info). If you are returning a shirt because you are not happy with it or want to exchange it for a different shirt, then you are responsible for the shipping costs. After you received a return authorization number, please send the products to: Shicon c/o Personal Time, via Industrie 41, 30024 Musile di Piave (VE)Italy. We will reimburse you over the next 30 days after we received the products.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can login to Shicon and go to “MyProfile” at anytime to view your order status.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

The shipping costs depend on the quantity of items that you are ordering and the exact destination. To find out all the details click on our shipping info.

How can I pay?

Methods of payment available at the moment are:
PayPal: The transaction will be processed by PayPal, an external financial service provider. During the checkout process you will be redirected to PayPal and pay with your account - PayPal account or using your Credit card - there. Your data will not be transferred to Shicon. After verifications have been completed by PayPal your order will then be processed by Shicon.

Do you arrange graphic design competitions only?

No dear. ArtSlogan product design competitions and contest sponsored by great brands are coming soon. They will possibly have different rules. And don’t forget the PromoPhoto and PromoVideo contest already on air to promote your designs and Shicon.com. Stay tuned!

Can I advertise an ArtDesign, PromoPhoto and PromoVideo?

Yes, feel free to advertise your ArtDesign in your shop, social network and through any online and offline actions by referring to the Shicon.com site: share and seed your creative talent. In fact winning ArtDesigns, PromoPhotos and PromoVideos are determined by a combination of voting results and where they are coming from, participant comments and where they are coming from, Shicon's staff and possibly guest judges. Final judgment is about original and innovative icon designs. Just remember that Shicon has the option to buy all submitted ArtDesigns, PromoPhotos and PromoVideos for a period of 90 days from the date of submission. This means that during this period you may not reproduce, sell or submit the same ArtDesign to others for commercial purposes .

I just submitted a design but I don't see it in the website yet, Why?

All submissions must first go through an internal screening process before being accepted into the public section of the website, or rejected. This initial screening usually takes 24-72 hours (excluding week ends and holidays). Once your submission is either accepted or rejected, you will receive an email notification.
